Registration is open for the Annual Youth Singers’ conferences presented by the Patriarch Tikhon Russian-American Music (PaTRAM) Institute. The conferences will be held on Memorial Day weekend, May 28-30, in St. Tikhon’s Monastery in South Canaan, PA (course directors: Benedict Sheehan, Peter Jermihov, Irene Riazanova, Katya Lukianov), and on Labor Day weekend, September 3-5, at Holy Trinity Monastery in Jordanville, NY (course directors: Nicholas Kotar, Peter Jermihov, Irene Riazanova, Katya Lukianov).
Two weekends of three days educational courses will allow young singers (ages 15-40) to strengthen their abilities and sing the All-Night Vigil and Divine Liturgy in a monastery setting.
Tuition is $475 per conference. Conference fee includes: course materials, lodging, meals, and weekend transportation. Airfare and transfers are not included.
A limited number of full-tuition scholarships is available. Apply today for a scholarship for one or two conferences.
